1. Overview
Bridgr is a freelancing marketplace that connects businesses (“Buyers”) with independent professionals (“Freelancers”) offering digital services including, but not limited to, design, development, marketing, content creation, AI services, and consulting.
Bridgr acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any agreements between Buyers and Freelancers.
2. Eligibility
To use Bridgr, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date
Bridgr is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Services and Transactions
4.1 Role of Bridgr
Bridgr provides a platform for connecting Buyers and Freelancers. We do not:
- Guarantee the quality of services
- Control or supervise work performed
- Act as an employer or agency
4.2 Agreements Between Users
All agreements, communications, and transactions are solely between Buyers and Freelancers.
5. Payments and Fees
- Buyers agree to pay the full amount for services as agreed
- Freelancers receive payments after successful completion (subject to platform terms)
- Bridgr may charge service fees or commissions
All payments are processed through secure payment systems.
6. Refunds and Disputes
- Disputes should first be resolved between Buyer and Freelancer
- Bridgr may assist in dispute resolution at its discretion
- Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the issue and service agreement
Bridgr reserves the right to make final decisions in disputes.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Misrepresent your identity or skills
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to bypass the platform for direct payments
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
- Freelancers retain ownership of their work unless otherwise agreed
- Buyers receive rights to delivered work upon full payment
- Users must not upload or share content they do not have rights to
Bridgr is not responsible for user-generated content.
9. Platform Availability
We strive to keep Bridgr accessible at all times but do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridgr shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business
- Disputes between users
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in harmful or fraudulent behavior
You may stop using the platform at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Bridgr after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
